Australian wines have evolved significantly in the last decade and we are excited to experience the newest and best. We are adding gold stars to the Aussie map in the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Fleurieu and Mornington Peninsulas. We will plan a six day itinerary, then let you create your own amazing add-ons for an epic adventure. An optional snazzy, dusty add-on to Packsaddle Roadhouse on the Silver City Highway will give us a glimpse into the wild and wooly Outback.

This thoughtfully curated journey unfolds across layered cultures, sacred traditions, and serene landscapes. Expect home-hosted meals, high teas, temple and heritage walks, wellness stays and immersive encounters with women-led enterprises and artisan communities. We have many varied experiences planned.
We'll begin in Chennai, and include stops in
Pondicherry and the temple towns of Chidambaram and Kumbakonam, with architecture,
spirituality, and artisanal traditions. In the heritage heartland of Chettinad and the ancient city of Madurai, we'll find enduring living traditions. Transitioning into Kerala, the landscape softens into the spice-scented hills of Thekkady, the tranquil backwaters of Kumarakom, and a slow, immersive houseboat journey
through palm-fringed waterways. Coastal serenity awaits in Marari, followed by an authentic village experience in Kumbalangi and the historic port city of Kochi. We'll conclude in Bangalore, the floral city.
This experience will reveal South India in its most authentic and unhurried form.
