Our bespoke tour begins in Glasgow with a wee tour and a visit at Glengoyne. A short flight to the Queen of the Hebrides lands us on Islay. We will be ensconced at the beautiful Machrie Hotel and Golf Links from where we will tour and taste our way through the magical isles. 

We will be fully immersed in the layered experience of the history, distilleries and interesting characters that contribute to the unique whiskies of Islay. The ancient village of San Gusme is surrounded by one of the most beautiful rolling vineyards in Tuscany. The  renovated old Castello is our home base as we explore some of the most famous properties in Italy with our winemaker hosts.  It's a tasting pilgrimage to some of the most famous properties. Imagine spring in Tuscany as the countryside comes alive again. Start each day with a walk among the gnarly olives and red poppies and conclude each night on the balcony sipping vino under the stars. Classy Bordeaux

Bordeaux is, arguably, the premiere wine destination in the world. Our tour will introduce you to the acclaimed Chateaux and personalities of the region. Luscious wines and incredible French fare round out days filled with classy and casual flare. We are based in the City of Bordeaux and will explore the various famed sub-regions including throughout the Haut-Médoc. A day on the Right Bank is centered in the exquisite town of St Emillion. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has cafes, boutiques, macaron shops and foie gras straight from the farmers in the surrounding hills. Sauterne and the gorgeous elixir found at Guiraud and d'Yquem will be a highlight. A cooking class in Pomerol will add a certain 'je ne sais quois' to your repertoire.
